Boudjellal said: "We want to build with players of a very high level but we have time. We'll start with this group and we'll see in November. Force and Wallabies openside David Pocock is reportedly involved with the negotiations and has earmarked Foley as the right candidate to take the side forward. The prop was said to be keen on leaving the PROD2 side after their relegation from the Top 14 with a move to Toulouse in the pipeline.
